About Us
TASHAY is a youth-driven educational and leadership organization dedicated to empowering students with legal awareness, global exposure, and civic responsibility. Founded with the vision of nurturing informed and confident future leaders, TASHAY serves as a dynamic platform for students to engage in national and international learning experiences through Youth Parliament Debates (YPD), Model United Nations (MUN), policy discussions, and skill-based workshops.
At TASHAY, we believe that education extends beyond textbooks. Our initiatives focus on developing critical thinking, public speaking, diplomacy, legal understanding, and leadership skills among students. Through interactive sessions, competitions, mentorship programs, and awareness campaigns, we strive to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world governance, law, and international relations.
TASHAY aims to create a generation of socially conscious individuals who are equipped to contribute meaningfully to society, uphold democratic values, and drive positive change at both national and global levels.
Our Team
Ms. Nikita Meena
Nikita Meena from Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla, with sustained involvement in legal education, civic engagement, and student leadership. She has interned under senior advocates and government counsels, with exposure to proceedings and real time court room experiences. Her achievements include winning national moot court competition, receiving IMUN commendation titles, and holding leadership roles in Youth Parliament Debates and parliamentary formats. She previously served as an Event Manager at Cosmo Juris and currently serves as the Convener of the Electoral Literacy Club at HPNLU Shimla, and has been associated with various social initiatives and NGOs.
Mr. Lakshay Tyagi
Lakshay Tyagi brings strong experience in legal practice and public administration to TASHAY. He has worked with the Delhi Chief Minister’s legal team on excise-related matters, gaining first-hand exposure to regulatory frameworks, policy implementation, and legal compliance. Alongside his professional work, he has been actively involved with social initiatives, foundations, and NGOs. His understanding of institutional processes and legal nuances forms the operational and strategic backbone of TASHAY.
Yuvraj Choudhary
Oversees organizational execution and coordination, ensuring that TASHAY’s programs and initiatives are delivered efficiently and in alignment with its educational objectives.
Vikram Tanwar
Leads sponsorship development and outreach initiatives, building strategic partnerships and collaborative networks that support the sustainable growth of TASHAY.
